HYGIENITECH OF WNY INC

A lot of companies use sealants with chlorine in them, which can ruin the foliage around the deck, but they used a chlorine free sealant on my deck. They did the original sealing of the deck mid-summer a year ago and it was to have come with a three year guarantee. Shortly after this initial visit, I called him because it just didn't look right and was fading out as though it had never been done. His response was that it was from the sun, which is not only ridiculous for obvious reasons, but there is an awning over the deck. He did nothing to correct the problem. I called him back again recently since it is still under warranty and he did come out, but wanted another $600 to redo the work. I told him I would give him a $100, though I shouldn't have. He sent his wife and son to apply an additional two coats of sealant. It took days to dry and it just looks gloppy. I would not trust them to do any work for me again.

Mike and his helper were very prompt, polite and very efficient. We have many shrubs around the perimeter of our house and they were never disturbed. We are very pleased with cleaning of our vinyl siding. It is unbelievable how beautiful it looks as it had many mildew stains on it. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely hire Hygienitech again and recommend them to anyone needing this work done.
