Easy from start to finish. I woke up to no hot water and found my tank leaking. I called Harper and they were able to help me the next day with a replacement tank.

We have been using Harper's for all heating and cooling since 2010. We had a broken a/c line due to a harsh winter and Beau came out and fixed it immediately. He installed the Air Handler Unit in our crawlspace and it has been a lifesaver. This company has been outstanding for us over the years in responsiveness, reliability, professionalism and cost. I would recommend him to anyone and I have!

Another company wanted to put in a whole new furnace because they said it was shot. This company came in and replaced a small part at 1/10 of the cost to replace the furnace. The work was perfect and the interaction was great. I would absolutely use them again.

He did a fantastic and got our furnace up and running. He did a furnace tune-up in addition to the problem he found with the furnace at a very reasonable price. He was very responsive and I was very happy with his service.
