 I had and ant and bee problem. Called the and received a price that was good (in the middle of all the prices I received). They came out and took care of the ant problem and came back 10 days later to spray a barrier protection. They did a great job with the ant issue. My issues is with the bee problem, they placed powder down which did not seem be effective. I called them back and left a message. They returned my call and said they would call me when someone would be in my area. That was two weeks ago and I have not heard anything since, and the bee issue is getting worse, I will have to now call another company to finish their work.

Called before business hours and left message. Promptly called back and took detailed description of problem. I was told they would call a technician and call me back within 10 minutes. I was called back as promissed.
Technician was on time as scheduled.
After inspection of bee problem, Tech explained what he would do to eliminate problem.
One hour later problem was resolved.
I would definitely use Bugg Control again and refer them to others.

He's a small independent owned business. He was really nice, he guaranteed his extermination for the wasps as long as we live here and for the next owner if they are still in the same area. He's a great guy.
