poorly - they showed up with no warning, we had young ladies sleeping in beds, changing clothes, running around unaware that men were there looking in our windows - both in my house and in an 8ft-away neighbor's house (a dorm for high school exchange students).
They lied about calling ahead, lied about my daughter, and were extremely rude about the potential inappropriateness of it all. Never will use them again.

I would recommend A-Kleen Windows. They usually call to let me know they will be in the area within the next couple of weeks. I can then set up a time for them to come by. They come prepared with all their own supplies. I don't need to be home when they come to work.
