About us

We exist to provide essential services to our clients and to treat them as we would want to be treated. My partner Dale Donovan has been here over 25 years; I have 40 years experience in the trades. Our office manager Diane answers the phone Monday, Wednesday and Friday. An answering machine picks up at other times. Additional address - 258 Main St., Grahamsville NY 12740.

very very well. if you need a plumber anywhere near the Monticello NY area ( they travel), Perma-fix plumbing and heating are the people to deal with. They answer the phone or call you back within a reasonable time also. can't say enough good things....give them a call

i had to pay another company to come out and figure out why the burner didn't work. how embarrassing. the guy was sloppy and rude. I'm surprised they're still in business

They came when they said and had a service truck stocked and ready to go with any part that may have been needed and left a clean work area when they left. I would call them any time aside from their professionalism I feel I got my moneys worth and also they were here when they said Thank you

THEY ARE GREAT. THEY CAME EXACTLY WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE AND IF THEY WERE GOING TO BE LATE, THEY CALLED TO INFORM ME THEY WERE. THEY WERE ALSO POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THEM.
