As a result the heavy truck could not get up the hills near my house. They were super apologetic and rescheduled immediately. Three days later they returned and completed the job to my satisfaction. The installation techs were great and very amicable. The company owner was on site and in touch throughout the process. I'm glad I found profoam as they were nicer and less costly than the other installers in the area. I plan on using them again for the next stage of my restoration.
