About us
Jones Services is now a NO CONTACT service company. Our plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians are running NO CONTACT service calls. We literally stand in different rooms than our customers, emailing or reading out loud our findings. No handshakes, no paperwork, not even allowing customers to touch iPads. Our technicians wear disinfected gloves, use disinfected tools and whip down anything their gloves and tools touch after servicing equipment. We practice NO CONTACT at work now too. Technicians are not allowed in the office, equipment and parts are delivered to their trucks in the parking lot. Only one employee per vehicle. All company meetings are conducted via Zoom. Most office personal are working from home. Those in the office work apart from each other. No one wants to be quarantined with their toilets backing up, without water or electricity or heat or hot water and now without air conditioning or air filtration or air purification. We are doing everything we can to help all our employees stay health to protect ourselves and our customers.

The technician Greg showed up on time and was very professional. Greg took all Covid-19 precautions by wearing a mask and foot covings while in our home. He answered all of the questions that we had about the system that we would like installed in our home and he went over the different design options that are available to us based on our home's configuration. Greg explained the work and materials that would be used to get the system set up. We were provided with the projections in writing with a breakdown of the costs of each configuration.

Excellent. Dan quickly fixed the problem and in a very professional manner. He spent time checking orher things like water heater and pressure tank to see if there were any signs of issues. And he did a water test to see if we had any other water issues since we had signs of hard water. I am very pleased with the service we were given!

I received excellent service from Jones Services. Josh was the technician that came out. He was very professional, pleasant and thorough in his testing and troubleshooting of the problem with my A/C not working. Turned out, the A/C unit is fine and my thermostat is fine. The GFI switch for the condensation pump on the furnace had tripped due to a power surge; which caused the thermostat to not be able to turn the A/C. Since no parts had to be replaced or repaired, I was only charged the service fee, which is minimal in my opinion. I'm so impressed with service provided, that I signed up for their perpetual home maintenance program. I now feel like I will have peace of mind for all my electrical, furnace, A/C and water heater maintenance and care needs.

The company called 1 day ahead to confirm appointment and texted me the next day with a photo of the worker and arrival time. The worker was extremely professional, knowledgeable and took pride in his profession. Although no work has been performed as of yet, he took the time to give me two very detailed options (at an extremely reasonable price) to consider when I do decide to move forward. After spending nearly 1 hour at my home I wasn't even charged for the visit. I've had numerous contractors at my home over the years and this company exceeds them all. 10 out of 10 in my book

An assessment was performed and Tim gave me a great deal of information and advice regarding my configuration and our needs. He arrived wearing gloves and kept at least 6 feet of distance at all times. He never did come into our home, but he appeared to be prepared with a mask in case he did.

Great! Chris spoke to his manager and they are making the repair free of charge. The service warranty had expired but the manufacturer’s warranty is still valid. They technically could have charged us labor but waived the cost. Re COVID - Chris detailed the precautions he would take in our home and was very professional. I am very happy with the service and the concern for our safety.

I haves used this company Jones Services many many times over the years with electric,plumbing, heating and ac. Always very professional and friendly. The most important fact about this company is if you can get a little cheaper price somewhere it doesn’t matter cause this company will always always stand behind their work and make the customers happy no matter what. They use the top of the line materials whereas other companies will go to Home Depot and convince you it’s good. Trust me when I say call them you will be happy
