Expert Mechanical

Responsive, from bidding on job, to completion and cleanup. Excellent work. Would highly recommend to others, and most definitely would hire again.

Expert Mechanical was amazing. I had a corroded pipe spilling water from the main drain out into my basement. I had called other companies who said they couldn't make it out for days which would have meant no water use at all in my home unless I wanted to create further damage. Seth, the owner, pulled over while driving to answer my call and had his crew there within a few hours. They were professional, kind, worked diligently, and cleaned up after themselves. I was so pleased, I hired them again a few months later when my water heater went. The price was reasonable. The actual cost of the first job was less than the estimate. When the work was complete on both jobs Seth came out to inspect the work that was done.

Seth and his team we're awesome!! I used them twice. Once about a year ago when I had water pouring out of an eroded pipe in my basement. I had tried to call other places who stated they couldn't come for several days. He pulled over as he was driving to answer the phone and had some there within a few hours. He was very accommodating. The crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned up very well after the tear out and installation of. Seth the owner came at the beginning of the job to explain everything and at the end to inspect the work. I used them again this past winter when my hot water heater went. Again they were quick to respond and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

Absolutely great service and repair! Super fast response to problem/phone call and he came out right away and fixed it within a matter of hours. We found him very honest and reliable. We now have a new plumber!

Took a couple days to even call to schedule. Had to complain to Angies list and THEY reached out to this vendor before he called. Stated he did not call earlier because he had family issues Vendor scheduled and then didnt show up at scheduled time but called to say personal issues came up but would see me sometime the week after IF personal issues were cleared up. (Scheduled from 12-1. He Called at 12:15 to cancel.) I took the day off from work to be home for this Angies List did apply a refund

they were excellent plumbers. They came right over. They did the job well, they were on time and cleaned up afterwards and took care of it. I'm going to call them back in about two weeks to do another job for me.

I think I did use Expert one time and it was okay. My recollection was the person that came was a novice. He did a bunch of things that really never solved a dripping problem that I had. He added on stuff that he said will help and it didn't/

He was excellent. He did a good job. He got everything done. It constantly ran. He took care of it. He was really good. He did an excellent job. We have no complaints at all. His price was fair. Quality was really good. Their responsiveness was good. I needed them to come back to fix something else and he came back right away. He was here right on time. He was a really nice guy. I would use him in a heartbeat.

Seth, performed an outstanding job. He was punctual and polite. He did an outstanding job with the new connection, moving washer and dryer, and adding dryer ventilation to the outside. I could of been happier with his service. Would definitely use him again in the future.

It is hard to find a plumber that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and shows up on time or even at all. Fortunately I have found one that is all the above thanks to Angie's list. I have a well water system which requires a cold water pressure tank to store the water pressure so that the well pump does not cycle on and off constantly both wasting electric and prematurely wearing out the pump. The diaphragm in the tank completely failed rendering the tank useless. I called Expert Mechanical and left a message not expecting a call back for a while along with several other plumbers. Seth, the owner, called back within an hour and took the time to get all the information needed to give an estimate. He researched what was needed and called back within 10 minuets with the estimate. He gave two options for a tank replacement and gave two prices for each option and spent the time to explain each option. Once the tank was chosen, we set an install date for three days later (called on a Friday, came on Monday). He came on time with two helpers. Only took 1 hour to complete job. He did all the "skill work" himself and had his helpers do the manual labor. Seth stated that he only uses American made tanks because they are  higher quality and last much longer. The workers were very careful and cleaned up when the installation was completed. Seth was very meticulous and very neat with the installation. I would definitely use Expert Mechanical again for any future plumbing projects.

Seth and his assistant were right on time, and had been in contact with me prior to arrival.  Gave me a great deal on the 50 gallon hot water heater.  He was efficient, clean, and quick in his work, and very personable.  Due to time constraints, Seth worked with me to schedule the return visit for washing machine water valve replacements (hot & cold).  Due to the age of the toilet tank he had to order the kit from the company and returned in Jan. to install it.  He also recognized that the water valve to the toilet was shot, and needed replacement it as well. Was an excellent experience and a plus that he is local.

Seth is quite busy which took time to coordinate our schedules.  I now understand why after the job was completed.  His work is  clean, thorough, and competitively priced.  Once he knew what the problem was, he offered options and a price which was fair and reasonable. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no surprises.  I would definitely recommend their services moving forward.

Everything went good. He was due to come out Wednesday. He forgot about our appointment on Wednesday and then, he showed up Thursday. There was no extra cost. The job was done very well but the contact part wasn't. I just felt like his mannerisms were a little off, on the phone. It wasn't as professional as I expected. The work was done well. I was pleased. It was really done exceptionally well. He cut the pipe and everything. He knew exactly what he was doing. I'm not going to take that away from him. The pricing was great. The responsiveness was not good. He was expecting me to call him, which I thought was weird because he should be contacting me. I'm the customer. Twice I had to call him and instead, he should have called me.
