They are a local contractor and they are very good. Whether it is a major or minor work, they come out as soon as they can and help us take care of things. We have had flooding where they had to redo our sump pump which was really major and we had small things also that they had come helped us with. They do not charge us a lot. They charge us parts and a reasonable labor amount and sometimes, even discounted because we deal with them all the time. Depending on what they do, the price would be different. They do plumbing, heating, and such. They can do a lot. They are very prompt and knowledgeable. They do not do more than is needed and they do not do less than is needed. They look at what the problem is, and if it is something that needs a longer-term fix, they tell you about that and give you whatever options there are. So, they are very fair and good. I know two or three technicians that come out. It is a fairly small business. You pretty much know who you are dealing with and you can count on them. The quality of their work is excellent. I have not had any problem with their punctuality. I would not really want to use anyone else.

I didn't have heat in the second floor of my house. I asked how much it was going to cost. They told me no charge. About 3 days later, they showed up with about 6 people and they did the work for an hour and a half. They charged me 600 dollars. I told the owner that I would pay for 2 hours of work and he said that's fine but he would never work for me again.
