He was able to fit me in to his busy schedule sort of last minute - and was early to the inspection which was in Westchester County (he got there before I did!). John was recommended to me to complete a home inspection on a property I am in the process of purchasing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with John! We had terrible storms the night before my inspection was scheduled. When we arrived at the property, we learned the power was out due to the storm. It makes it difficult to complete a home inspection when thereâ s no power! John immediately put my boyfriend and I at ease, and let us know he would be back in the area in a few days to pick up our radon test so he would complete the rest of the inspection requiring power at that time. On top of having excellent customer service skills, John was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He walked us through every nook and cranny of the house! John is single-handedly the reason why I was able to go under contract on my new home and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for home inspection services. My original inspector had an emergency and needed to cancel my inspection, but the sellers had multiple offers and were anxious to keep things moving, meaning the sale was in jeopardy if I had to push back the inspection.
