As a first time home buyer, it's easy to feel over your head. But the inspection process was smooth, succinct and efficient with John. John was extremely quick and poignant with scheduling, which put us at ease. In addition his home inspection report turn around was literally the same day. Everything was detailed and easily comprehendable in the report. John also provided sufficient context for all areas of the report by following up with us after the inspection. It was a smooth process and John and his team made it educational for us to not just know what he was doing but to understand why and what it meant. As a first time home buyer I am appreciative of the additional effort, care and consideration exhibited through John's active communication and dialouge. As cumbersome as the home buying process can be, because of John the inspection was definitely not an area of contention.

I would recommend John as he was thorough and honest. He pointed out what was absolutely necessary to correct and recommended what should be replaced in time. I felt like he really cared.

John the Inspector is everything you want in a professional. He is very knowledgeable and took care to tell us issues throughout the inspection. His expert eye could tell how long it'd been since an upgrade or repair was made and gave estimates on their remaining life. As a first-time home buyer, he gave us advice on how to maintain the home, which is invaluable. Also, it helps that he was not only affordable but flexible, which is hard to come by in this current housing market. Choose A&A and you'll be in good hands.
