We were remote, so he spent an additional 45 minutes on the phone with us immediately after the inspection to discuss his findings while they were fresh in his mind. Had probably the best experience with a home inspection company that Iâ ve ever had with the homes Iâ ve purchased over the years. They were INCREDIBLY METICULOUS with the inspection. They checked everything from top to bottom and not only pointed out things that were a current issue but also things that may BECOME potential issues in the future. The inspection wasnâ t â rushedâ like Iâ ve felt some companies did with past homes Iâ ve purchased. They took a little over 2 hours to complete the inspection which I was impressed with and also made me really feel I got a great value for my money. This is my new go to inspection company in the future. A+

My experience with John was excellent. He was able to accommodate an appointment on short notice. While on the inspection, he was extremely thorough leaving no stone unturned. He answered all of my questions and gave me a summary of his concerns so that we could get back to our sellers with repair requests immediately. His final report was extremely detailed and easy to understand and he answered all of my follow-up questions completely. As we all know being a first time home buyer it can be stressful but John was very detailed and answered all of our questions. The inspection report is great!! It was literally 116 pages, it contained a ton of pictures, incredibly thorough and in a timely manner (less than 24hrs) with a host of recommendations. We feel much more at ease after working with him. When we perform our next home inspection in a few years, we will definitely go with John at A&A Spot on home inspection again. His work is the gold standard for how home inspections should be done!! Keep up the great work!
