JUSTWOOD FLOORS

Description of Work: All our wood floors (entire upper floor - 5 rooms, including closets and hallways) were refinished (scraped, sanded, repaired where necessary). Roger and his co-worker did an excellent job. They were punctual, and especially took great care not to damage our cherry kitchen/dining room cabinets that were on floor level; as well as not damaging freshly painted walls and trim. They also refinished the staircase (steps). Roger was punctual - he came to do estimate and was precisely on time, gave us a very fair estimate, sent contract promptly when agreed to use his services. He started and ended the job exactly when he said he would. We would use his services again in a heartbeat. He knows his craft extremely well. * to note; We received estimates from several other flooring businesses. We were unimpressed - especially with those whose contracts listed the many things they "weren't responsible for" - such as paint, cabinets, etc., as well as not being punctual.

Description of Work: we had the entire 2nd floor, hardwood floors refinished, on a 50 year old home. Involved replacing some floor boards.
