What a great team! John Herrlett and his family work together to create beautiful products of the highest quality. John is the craftsman and He is very picky and makes sure everything is done properly and correctly. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is very impressive. His brother and father and mother create custom products at the same cost or lower than kitchen stores, but without the middleman charge, and much better quality! I would recommend them highly. They are good at communicating, come on time, are very honest, keep you apprised of what is going on, and do a lot of extra things for you. My kitchen is beautiful,and what a transformation! I still go in there and just stand there looking at it all the time! HE, Butch, and all the people he works with were great and did excellent work. Note: they book up quickly so there is a waiting list, but def worth the wait!

They had a very difficult job. For some reason, the kitchen floor was a solid concrete block. They stayed within their estimate, the kitchen still looks beautiful after several years, and I would use them again in a second.

The cabinets (a lot of them), pole covers, under-stair bookcase, bookcase room dividers, bannister for stairway were completely installed. The are gorgeous! They are solid cherry wood. The craftsmanship is old world and custom-made. You can't find craftsmanship like this anywhere. I feel so lucky to have been introduce to this artist. Today, he brought my media cabinet. It is so beautiful and I am honored to own such a great piece. My husband and I are honored to meet the rest of John's family. John's father, who started this business over 50 years ago, his mother and brother all are committed to turning only quality products. They are also great to work with. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is interested in quality and good old fashion customer service.
