 + 4 moreFrom planning to job end, professional work and very polite crew. what was agreed on was done and done well. i would recommend this outfit to anyone, but i want them back here very soon! just a joke. we are very pleased.
Description of Work: Form pad, grade, pour 6" alaskan reinforced pad. demo rotted exterior walls. insulate and sheathe. basic wiring for next phase. new rubber roof and seal older flat top. had slight problem with design was corrected immediately with no hassle by roofing foreman . soffit overhang of 3' and approximately 20 sq feet of clapboard siding replaced. much skillful work replacing "old molding" blended beautifully by crew. 2 plates for future deck and new shed roof line installed, entire project primed and sealed to protect for next phase.
