I had a somewhat complicated plumbing issue. I hired another plumber who worked on the problem twice but the problem was only getting worse. I decided to go for a second opinion & called A. Johnson Plumbing. That turned out to be a good decision. The owner Anthony came & advised me that the first plumber misdiagnosed the problem & that he was going to do something completely different. Anthony came back another day with one of his employees and, after working on the issue for about two hours, problem solved! Anthony figured it out & did a great job. Although I had to wait two weeks, he did such an excellent job I think he deserves five stars. Anthony knows his business.

The experience was very poor. They installed on the 23rd, and the next dsay, air was escaping through the coil, so I had to call them back. Over labor day weekend, the condensation was going all over the floor and flooded my basement. He came and said that I need a condensation pump, which they told me I didn't need when I first talked to the saleman about the install. They never called me back, so I had to call him back. He started screaming into the phone: "Who is this and why are you calling me?!" I said I was following up and needed to know what the plan was to get this fixed. He hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to Anthony, the owner's son. He was just as rude to me and was not at all concerned about making this right. He said he was aware that I was waiting and would get back to me in 20 minutes. He did not call back. I do not trust them to come back into my home and am going to hire someone else.

I don't know if they got any comparable prices. It probably took a couple days. They did a very professional job. They gave her the boiler and the phone number and said if there were any problems to call them anytime.

The crew was very professional and courteous, would highly recommend.

It was okay I guess, there was some hiccups along the way but I guess we got it all squared away. What you advertised and what they do was not entirely exactly the same thing, at the end of the day I purchased a tune up of a furnace and they really just come to clean it so there were part of the tune up was to diagnosis if there is any issue well that's not really included in tune up. When the guy left the furnace didn't work at all so there really was an issue with it, it had worked prior, at the end I ended up with a new furnace but there were bumps a long the road discount promised and all kinds of crazy stuff.

We recently purchased a new home and one of the selling features was the fact that the first level was handicapped accessible.  However, the shower on the first floor would not deliver hot water and we were unable to shower in our home.  They came out to assess the project and said that the fixture was from 1960 and either they would need to find that model or we would have to break into the tile/drywall to install a new fixture.  Amazingly their parts person was able to find one (and, let me tell you, this was a Model 0 fixture so it's really an oldie) and expedite the shipping for us.  The owner and a contractor both showed up to install the piece and did so swiftly and professionally.  They even vacuumed the area afterwards to ensure there would be no tile pieces for us to step on.  I trust their expertise and will be using them in the future without hesitation for our plumbing needs.

This is a good company. The work was well done. I would use them again!!

A slight mix up on getting the appointment scheduled but the office staff was very polite and apologetic. The service person arrived on time and did a fine job.

Mike was very professional but friendly. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions about the furnace operation.
