Showed up on time and went right to work. In the basement, they took out everything, including washers/dryers and furniture, which some people won't do, as I've learned from past experiences. They also went up in the basement crawl space and pulled everything out. In the apartment, they removed the carpet, cleaned out the refrigerator and miscellaneous kitchen items. All debris was bagged and removed to the dumpster, and both apartment and basement were left broom-clean.
