The mechanical guy was very professional - very skilled at explaining how our system ran, interpreting our needs and budget, and estimating a fix.  We appreciated the time he invested during the initial visit 1 1/2 hours to thoroughly investigate the system and answer our questions.  (We have never had a gas system let alone radiant heating so he was inundated with our questions!)  Given it was the busy season and around the holidays, he was able to complete the work once we commissioned the fix in less than two weeks.  He finished work in two trips.  We had one issue with him coming out with the wrong part and the company charging us a travel fee (which was kind of hefty at $100 a trip - though we do live far from their office).  They were very prompt about taking the charge off for that trip.  All in all the labor and travel costs were the bulk of the cost, but could not imagine the time and trouble if we decided to DIY!

Estimate was clear and fair.   Work began exactly the the day promised and on time every day for 10 days.Crew (of two) was professional and courteous.
In spite of problems due to the age of the house and thus a longer window of time spent on the project - cost was kept the same.
First rate all around; high quality fittings and pecs used.
Recommend highly and without reservation.  Wish I had used them for an earlier project.
One can't go wrong with this business - other friends have used them as well with equal satisfaction.

They were excellent. This was the first time we had used their services. Everything went very smoothly. They were very responsive, showed up on time, and cleaned up after. They only surprise was the amount of earth moving that was done in the yard was much more devastating than we had expected.
