During our home purchase, we called Landry to perform a on inspection and radon test. While inspecting, they were very thorough and helped us to decide the house needed much work to be livable. They performed a radon test. Another house in the block popped up for sale, I called them to complete inspection. Very kind about the fact that the house was in much better condition and made suggestions as to what could be updated. They suggested that since the radon test was done a couple doors down, depending on the results we shouldn't need another radon test. Overall, lowest price compared to 2 other inspection companies we looked into.
