They provide great service. They have always given me 10% discount on whatever service they have performed. I bought the car from them. The price is competitive for the most part. The service manager is a neighbor of mine. He explains exactly about what he will do and what needs to be done. He is very thorough. They explain everything to their customer.

"I am sorry the customer felt we "pushed" a car that they did not want on them. Scions are produced in very limited numbers (an average month for all 100 Scion dealers in the NY, NJ, and CT region averages less than 200 cars total), and seeing the review was just posted and the visit was six months ago, I would not be able to piece together what happened. Not a normal occurrence at our dealership. We have been in business for over 40 years, and in a small town like Glens Falls, doing business that way does not usually work out in the long term....."

.I last used them last fall. It cost nothing as I am leasing a Toyota. They pay for it. The company are great. I have used them for a long time. They are very good. I lease my car from them. They are excellent. They are professional and they are very good mechanics. They are welcoming. They are pleasant and friendly.

The manager, Jim Stegner has always been good to me and taken care of my car. There are al Toyota approved mechanics and are honest. I'm going there for 10-12 years now on a regular basis. The price is a little on the high side because I trust them, I pay a little bit more.
