DP Heating and Cooling

The plumber decided that we needed a larger wall and tile everywhere. He quoted a price of 1200 and billed 2800. He also broke through my kitchen ceiling and didn't fix it right. Several tiles were crooked and the corner was pieced together. He said it would take two days but it took two weeks. He never provided an estimate and when asked about the increase in cost said it would only cost a little more for what he wanted to do. He didn't listen when I told him I didn't like tile. His hidden surcharge and parts markups were shocking. He pulled all his changes after the room was all ripped up. He said this is what we are going to do, you're going to love it. Well we didn't love what was done to our home and we hated the price. Lesson learned, always get it in writing, and don't let your contractor push you around. We will never use this unprofesional person again.
