Dependable Professional Cleaning Service

We used them consistently a year before we had to fire them. Some of the individual cleaners and crews were good, though some were pretty bad (careless, cutting corners, damaged a dryer door and permanently damaged a bathroom faucet knob). Overall, the product was inconsistent and the price was fairly high relative to others (quoted price is for 2 people for 4 hrs--so $30 per hour per cleaner working). The real problem was the manager, Judy. Very unprofessional--doesn't respond to emails, makes excuses, and several times blatantly lied about things that frankly weren't very important. There are too many other decent cleaning services out there--just don't even bother with this one. We kept giving them chances to redeem themselves and, in the end, wished we had discharged them much sooner.
