The owner, Ian Vivencio, presented himself as an expert in Spanish Tile Roof repairs. My roof had extensive damage from the past winter. I contracted with Weather Tech for all repairs to my roof for a total of $8,000.00 for his services and $2,000.00 plus for tile a purchased from a commercial supplier. While I believe that Mr. Vivencio wants to provide a good service and he may be capable, my experience is that he is erratic, unreliable and applauds his own work before there is proof of satisfactory service (Roof still leaks). The last four attempts to fix the leaks Mr. Vivencio never showed up. He sent his workers who have very limited experience with Spanish Tile Roofing. I believe his workers want to do the appropriate repairs, however, it is clear that they lack the experience and expertise.
