About us

Shawna's Dogs is a doggy daycare, grooming and training facility. Dogs play all day and are not ever in crates. I am the only daycare that provides a 1 person to no more than 10 dogs ratio. I have separate sections for small and large dogs to happily play separately. I do NOT breed discriminate nor do I allow any aggressive dogs in daycare, no matter what their breed. Fun, playful & spayed/neutered dogs only please. I accept cash, check and credit/debit. A half day (up to 4 hours) is $18 including tax and a full day (anytime between 6:30 AM-6:00 PM, over 4 hours) is $30 including tax. Pre-pay specials are available for 'frequent players'!

Shawna's is absolutely the best for daycare, grooming or boarding. A great staff and owners who really care about the dogs. They make sure that the dogs are taken care of and have lots of playtime. We feel very lucky to have found them and be part of the Shawna's dogs family.

1st time my pup had to be boarded and he was there for 4 days. They were flexible with our return date and didn't mind keeping him an extra day. Shawna and her husband Andy are great! The schedule they have the dogs on is also the closest to what we keep at home so it made the transition go smoothly. Will definitely use them again in the future!

My dog looks forward to doggie daycare every week. He loves playing with both the small and large dogs (separate areas for each). He plays hard and comes home tired.
Shawna's Dogs continues to add services such as training and grooming. My dog was groomed there a couple of weeks ago and loved it.
They are great with all breeds. I know my boy is safe there.

Rosie (my dog) comes home from Shawna's happy and exhausted from playing all day. Also, because Shawna is a dog trainer by trade, Rosie has never lost any training there. In fact, I find that her good manners are positively reinforced. Shawna and her husband notice behavioral changes that might mean a new problem. When I suspected that Rosie had a urinary tract infection, Shawna agreed that her behavior suggested that, called me so I could make a vet appointment, and collected a fresh urine sample for me to take to the vet! I have been nothing but happy with the service she provides.
