They did a pretty good job. They installed a new wall oven and microwave. They completed the install in about 2 hours. Their pricing for the install was very fair and they helped us to select the right appliances to fit where we wanted them.

They were terrific. It was a very special gift. It was book where I could sing and record the story while reading it. I got it as gift for my stepson to give it to his granddaughter. The collar strip is something in which I could plug in things. I can put in and turn it off. I had been looking for one like that because I have an old television. I unplug my television at night and turn it off but for some reason it did not work so I had return that. They are appropriately priced because it was not too much; it was a standard price. They have a wide variety of stuff and their prices are reasonable. It seems like everyone is willing to help as well.

I thought Lowes did really well. They sent the wrong windows and put them in. A week later they came back and fixed it and apologised. It took them about 1/2 hour to fix what we wanted and we were happy with that. They were cheaper than the estimate we got from other people.

They are very helpful and the experts there know what they are talking about. I will use them again in the future.

They didn't do the work, but they were very helpful and I will certainly go back to them.

It was a good price in comparison to other places. I liked everything. They came promptly. They did a little extra and didn't charge me. They got the windows in and I like them.

They have outstanding customer service. The serviceman was great. He was very through.

Fair: I went to the store and picked out carpet. A few days later an installer called and came buy to measure and that triggered Lowe's ordering the carpet. When the order was placed, I was asked to pay in full--for carpet and installation. Therefore, I ended up paying for the carpet--which took two weeks to come in and then another week to schedule the installation. Issues I had was that the installers did not put the new floor vents I purchased in before they laid the carpet--they set them on and my hall closet door was left off because with the carpet being higher than the floor the door now needs to planed. I think the installer should have left my home as they found it and should have installed the air vents as per our agreement. The issue is that the person who measured is not the same person who installed.

After a nightmare scenario with another well known home supply store, I went to Lowe's, got the same exact product at a lower price and without the $60 delivery fee the others had tried to stick me with. The refrigerator was delivered the next day and they even got rid of the old one for me. I recommend their prices, customer services and products.

I did not require any assistance. However, the department was willing to assist me if necessary. I choose this business as they are close to my home. They are the typical big box business who offers a wide variety of products at a reasonable price. I use the store on a regular business for all of my household needs.

I knew exactly what I was looking for. The employees pointed me in the right direction. From my experiences, I feel the employees are well trained and helpful at Lowe's. I will continue to shop there due to their low pricing, variety of products, and convenience of having everything under one roof.

The actual price was a bit more than the estimate we received initially. The contractor from the installation company was prompt and courteous. Lowe's called us during each step of the process to confirm our satisfaction. The carpet came in before expected and we were able to schedule our installation promptly. The same contractor that measured the job came back to install the carpet. He was contracted through Barefoot Floors if that is helpful. We love the carpet, would hire the contractor again. Lowe's was very professional and kept on top of the job. They called to follow up the next day.

ORDERING THE CARPET WAS GREAT. THERE WERE NO PROBLEM. THEN THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG CARPET. THEY WERE NOT TO QUICK TO FIX THE PROBLEM BY REPLACING IT WITH THE CARPET WE ACTUALLY ORDERED.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. WHEN THEY CAME IN, MY COUNTERTOPS WERE BROKEN INTO TWO PIECES BECAUSE THEY WERE CORNELL COUNTERTOPS. I WONDERED HOW THEY WOULD INSTALL THEM WITH OUT SHOWING THE SEAMS BUT THERE WERE NO SEAMS SHOWING AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE WONDERFUL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD HAVE THEM COME IN AND DO IT AGAIN.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE DOORS. WE'VE HAD THEM FOR OVER A YEAR. THEY SEEMED TO BE THE BEST PRICED IN THIS AREA. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 4 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE JOB, THAT WAS REMOVING THE OLD AND PUTTING UP THE NEW ONE. THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME.

THEY ARE VERY POSITIVE AND WHEN I GO INTO THE STORE IT'S VERY CLEAN WITH PLENTY OF CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES TO HELP ME. THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS AND SAID HE WOULD BE SENDING SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT DAY TO INSTALL THE DOORS AND THEY WERE HERE AS PROMISED. THE DOORS WERE INSTALLED VERY WELL. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CLEANED UP. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND POLITE. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY CALLED AND MADE SURE THE INSTALLATION WENT THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO.
