We were very impressed with the work as well as the knowledge and the promptness. We had a quote from another company that said we would need to have additional work done. Acro said it was unnecessary and the code department agreed.

Tim Smith is a master plumber. He is very personable. Very often when you have a plumbing problem, they are can be very scary and stressful. Tim is a very good plumber and psychologist. In no time he has us relaxed about the situation because he will solve the problem. He is a top notch expert and he has gained my respect over the years. He is kind, honest, and an expert at his trade.

EXCELLENT. Showed up on time, when he had scheduled the appointment. Worked three hours NON-Stop, no breaks and did an excellent job. In fact, the bill was for $450 dollars and I paid him an extra $50.00 for his promptness and work.

The job went well. I live in an antique house but he really knows his way around the sometimes difficult issues. He's great at answering questions and giving good advise and guidance. I've used him before and would never trust anyone else to work on this old place. All around a great guy.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. HE INSTALLED TWO TOILETS FOR ME IN TWO BATHROOMS. HE WAS WILLING TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE TO GET THE JOB DONE.
