Anthony helped us have an amazing experience as first time homebuyers. He was willing to move his day around to schedule us in and was always willing to explain anything we had a question to. I can’t rave enough about Anthony! From the first meeting over the phone, he made me feel at ease hiring him and after meeting him at the property and speaking with him, I knew I made the right choice. Anthony is very professional, very thorough and 100% on point with his level of expertise in inspecting homes. Anthony made sure we knew and understood everything we were taking on with the property, he also took the time to point out and explain everything as he walked through the house. The Inspection report was completed and received in the timeframe it was promised, which helped us to make the decision to purchase the property. Anthony’s work didn’t end just at the inspection report, he took calls from me needing more assistance on the same property and he always came through for us. If I could give 10 stars I would because he is the best and I would recommend him over and over again.

Anthony quickly called us back and setup the inspection. He discovered a few electrical items that needed to be addressed, but luckily it was nothing major. Very satisfied with the inspection.
