In occasion that same person has been seen driving the oil delivery truck as well. Its shows ownership and follow through on customer service that its not a myriad of people. But a dedicated person doing the servicing. Once there was trouble with getting our radiators to warm up. One quick call to Martin Fuel Oil Corp and after the answering service took the information down within a few minutes later the owner called back and gave me the diagnosis and how to fix it over the phone.
