Dropped off my car in the morning and was given a ride back home while my car was worked on.  Bill preformed a synthetic oil change for me, and the cost was half of what it would have been at the dealership or one of those quick lube places.  And the quality of the oil is much better than what I have paid twice the price for at other places.  He rotated my tires, as he always  does at every second or third oil change, depending on how much mileage I have on the car.  While the car is in the shop he checks over the car from bumper to bumper, then gives me a checklist of anything that needs to be addressed as well as its estimated cost to repair.  If there is something small that needs doing, like a lightbulb, he will just do that, but anything more than say $20, he will give me a call first. But, that is just the deal that we have?he will do whatever you ask him to do.  I had gotten a large crack in the windshield that kept on getting longer and longer, so I called my insurance company to set up a time to have it replaced.  The insurance company said that someone had to be there with the technician while he was working.  I asked Bill if I could have the glass company come to the shop and do the work there after the oil change, and he said "No problem!".  So, after Bill finished his work, the glass guy came and replaced the windshield and Bill also put new wiper blades on.  It was very convenient for me because I didn't really have to do anything except drop the car off and pick it up.  I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work done at excellent prices.  The prices they charge are so, so much more affordable than going to a dealership.  My dealership experiences were always filled with rude people charging me hundreds of dollars only to tell me that they could not replicate the condition I wanted repaired, or they would say that they fixed the problem by replacing an expensive part, only to have the same problem come right back, and be told that there was another expensive problem that also needed to be repaired.  If Bill doesn't know what the problem is or he can't replicate the problem, he tells me that, and asks if he can keep the car to drive it so he can FIND the problem instead of just throwing parts into the car.  
Bill and the others at the shop are friendly and very helpful.  I highly recommend using this shop for all of your auto repair needs. They will go above and beyond for you every time, and you will not have to pay the arm and a leg that you would at a dealership or any of the many dishonest shops around town.
