A broken Valve in the Apartment above meant walls had to be removed and then replaced. Chris was very prompt and intent on being helpful. All details were attended to, and the reconstructed walls, moldings, and doorway look great. Clean-up was meticulous. Chris insisted that we had to be completely satisfied, and we were.

I the midst of a crisis on Long Island post Huricane Sandy, I contacted this vendor for clean up services. It was hard for many of my neighbors to get vendors but I called AFR and was told we would be put on the schedule. I was contacted by the project manager the same day and he arranged for work to start within 2 days. The team the came had a multi day job and did everything asked of them. The cost was reasonable and it was ultimately all approved to be paid by my insurance co even though I didn't wait for their approval to proceed. 
I would highly recommend them.
