Couldn't be happier. They actually answered the phone when I called, set up an appointment very quickly, and came and did exactly what they said they would do for a very reasonable price. My pavers were filthy, with tons of weeds growing between the cracks. Now it looks brand new. Will definitely use them again.

I price shopped 5 different providers and Gold Coast was the most competitive and with good reviews on yelp and Angies list. Throughout my interaction with Jeff he was always responsive, he provided insurance for the work and arrived timely for both the free estimate and the actual day of the job. he did the work as described, the roof looked fantastic as if its brand new. On certain occasion I pointed out a few spots to him and his crew would go back and re-do it. They worked into sundown with flashlights and headlamps in 20-30 degree weather without complaints. I am happy with his service and will recommend him to friends and family.

The young men who did the job were polite and professional and deck looks much better now. However, debris was left on the surrounding fence which I had to clean off myself.

Great! The difference in the House was amazing and the patio is cleaner than I could have imagined! The teak furniture is beautiful again!

About 95% of the staining came off of a stacked stone retaining wall by our pool.

They're good, they're good, they're an A. I don't really recall a lot of things. They came on time. Their price was very good. They did what they said. They were good. They were good, I liked them. We are looking to power wash the house next spring, and I'm definitely going to give them a call.

Jeff was wonderful to work with. When I called Jeff told me he would be by later that day to survey what needed to be done and to provide an estimate. He did so promptly and then we scheduled an appointment to have the services performed. The workers arrived on schedule, they performed the window washing and were a pleasure to work with. They were super friendly and took me around to show me their work so they knew I was satisfied. After the services were performed, I heard from Jeff to make sure I was happy which I thought was a nice touch. I would recommend them to anyone, they really did an amazing job. Also a side note...I called three companies for estimates Jeff's company not only came in at the lowest price he did not pressure me to make a decision at all even with other services he offers. One of the other companies has sent me about 10 emails asking me to accept their proposal for service and there is no way to actually decline the proposal so I am afraid I will be receiving mail from them for years to come.

It is very hard to find a trustworthy, reliable, and experienced contractor, but Jeff is all of those things. We needed power washing, interior painting, and some minor repairs inside our home, and Jeff and his team handled it all. Very happy with with all of his work. Painting involved re-taping and spackling a difficult skylight box and they did an excellent job.

Great! Jeff returned my calls twice very promptly. He followed through on everything he said he would do in a very timely manner: driving by my house the next day and called with an estimate; scheduled the work the next day; gave me a reasonable price when I added on roof and sidewalks to original job. He arrived an hour early and finished in a timely manner. He and his assistant cleaned up and the house and sidewalks look great. I highly recommend him.

I called Gold Coast on Monday April 25 and Jeff said they were able to come later that day to give me an estimate. ?He came, gave me the estimate and said they could do the work the next day. ?I had previously called someone from the Pennysaver who never returned my call so I was thrilled. ?Carlos arrived the next morning and did even more than I had anticipated. ?He was very efficient and thorough. ?He arrived at 8:30 a.m. and was finished by 11 a.m. ?I wasn't home at the time so I had left the money with Carlos. ?I then received a call from Jeff telling me they were done and that he received the payment. ?He hoped I was happy with the job and to please call him if I had any problems. I found them to be very professional, prompt and courteous. ?I would definitely recommend Gold Coast and would use them again.

I called Jeff at 3:00 pm for an estimate. He was here by 3:30. He did a thorough walk around of my property. He told me what would and would not come out. We agreed on a price and he did it on the spot! The washing came out better than I expected. I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend this company.
