Tricounty Plumbing is the worst and you should avoid at all costs. Be very careful of their labor rate as they charge you for 2 people even if one is an apprentice and literally can’t do anything. They installed my dishwasher, never bothered to check it. It wasn’t working properly AND a connection was leaking, causing major water damage to my house which tools several weeks of repair. They repaired the water damage (via a claim to their insurance). For the dishwasher not working (which they originally tried to blame on the manufacturer), they came back and found an issue with valves under the sink and repaired these. Great, right? Not so fast. They invoiced me $500 in labor for the original install and then another $750 for when they came back to troubleshoot. I get it, there were parts involved and I should be charged for those, but how do you charge someone $500 for labor (that resulted in a non-functioning appliance that you DIDNT CHECK) and then another $600 to come back and fix it? To make matters worse, if you call with an issue, they send you to the owner, Frank, who repeatedly yells over you and attempts to point fingers in the hopes that you give up. I’m not giving up. The 2nd visit was completed when I wasn’t even home and I don’t even have an invoice of work, they just sent me a bill and expect me to just shut up and pay it. I guess they felt they had to make more money off me because of all the time they spent at my house trying to fix the leak they caused. Plumbers are expensive, I get that, but do yourself a favor and choose one with better ethics and experienced employees.

Realizing that his staff was tied up with emergencies, Frank, the owner, came himself to repair my leaking toilet. With 30+ years experience, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a minimal expense. Frank was personable, knowledgeable and understood the importance of good customer service. I would not hesitate to use his company again for any plumbing problems.

Came over within half an hour to fix a failing wax ring which caused a leak from the base of toilet when it flushed. Plumber had his teenage son with him and was teaching him the ropes of the business. They were fast, informative, helpful, and polite.

They are excellent. I called them, they came right away. They fixed it right away. They are very nice people. I have been using them for 14 years. The price was average. They are the only ones I would use.

As always, very professional service, both from the office and from Kenneth, the very expert mechanic.

I find this company to be very responsive.  Worked with me to get workmen to my house around my odd schedule.  The plumber and his assistant assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly.  The bill was quite reasonable.  Thanks to Kathy in the office or her attention to our problem.

Phil and Phil showed up and they were very attentive to my problem. And they resolved the problem quickly.

FANTASTIC!!!! I am very, very happy with Tri-County Plumbing.  I requested an estimate and they came on time, delivered estimate and the job was finished very close to estimate.  They wrote down the details.  The plumbers who did the work at my home were super professional, courteous, did a super professional job and were soooooo clean!!!! once they were done, they picked up all garbage, etc and you could not tell they had even been there! Very smooth, professional job.  I am very happy I have finally found plumbers I can rely on.  I made several attempts to find a plumber before Tri-County was recommended by a friend.  I am so happy I called them!  I recommend their services wholeheartedly!!!

It was fine. They took care of the problems that I had and there were no problems with that. I found them to be prompt and reliable. They also came one time prior to that last service and fixed the leak in the bathroom upstairs.

Aasim and David came in, diagnosed the problem instantly, bled the offending line, got the heat up and running on one of the first days we really needed it.  Gentlemanly, professional, and provided sound advice for how to proceed with sometimes balky system.  Kathy, in the office, was also tremendously helpful and accommodating.

They were punctual.  When I called them they responded right away and set up an appointment.  This is actually the second time that I have called them.  I didn’t compare their prices because I needed the work done and since they had responded so well the first time, I just went with them.  I didn’t get an estimate before they did the work.

It went wonderful. He is so honest, and I couldn't believe just how honest he is. I didn't think there were honest plumbers like him around anymore.

They did a good job, everything went OK.  They were a bit pricey.

They come right away when they are called.  They call me back when the job is done.  They usually do a good job and I have been using them for years.

Everyone was very friendly, and it was easy to get an appointment at a convenient time.  Although the plumber arrived a little bit late, he worked quickly and was knowledgeable. He explained and priced my 2 options quickly, and was accurate with his estimate. His price per hour was a little more than I am used to paying, but he came back for a follow-up and finished the work for free.  Given how pesky this shower has been, I am relieved to finally have it fixed.

They did a very good job. They gave me a date and they were able to install the water heater that we picked. When he turned on the water heater after installation, something went wrong. He was set to go on vacation the next day, but he stayed an extra hour to fix the problem. That was very nice of him. The price was fair and reasonable.

The people that office very nice and willing to give the discount and very helpful. The electrician I got was not the best, he did not have the best attitude and I had to have him clean up some silicon that he left behind. There might be other electricians there that are great, like the customer service at the office but not the one that I got.

Tri-County (Frank Musella Sr., Frank Musella Jr., John Musella) charge fair prices, are extremely responsible and reliable. I am very fortunate to be able to rely on them at any time to respond to and repair the problem. They do beautiful and meticulous work. They are truly professional.
