Roofing
I do not like the way they described even the contract. They were not very clear to me, the customer, because I was not aware of professional terms of what was being done. When I asked for an estimate, they sent it to me by mail, and hesitated to giving it in person, because they claimed that was "how they work". I felt they were being sneaky - never called to me to see how it was going, and would show up when I was not at the home.
