I'm happy with their services so far. Their price is lower than another company I received a bid on already.

Their good, very good. I would call them again. Everything was fine, everything. They were good on everything. Everything is good.

I had them put cables up in the canopy of the tree. I had one huge swamp tree that branched into four huge trees and they attached cables diagonally across them. I was scared that they would break off in a storm. This way when the wind blew, it would have the strength of two of them. Eventually I had to have the tree taken down anyway, but they did right by me.
They were very good. They give free estimates. I think I am going to call them in the Spring. They came when they said they were and did everything they said they were going to do.

First 4 years were very good. The past 2 years, my lawn has been a disaster. I was told I cut it too short, I have the wrong type of grass, I'm not watering sufficiently. Everything, even though nothing has changed for me year over year. Finally, after having my fro t lawn reduced to straw last year, they agreed to do a full aeration and slit seeding for free. Fast forward to this season, and I have a mottled front lawn again with brown patches and dead grass and the ground is plenty moist. After complaining again and $1,500+ spent over 2 years, they basically told me they'd charge me to reseed and aerate again this year. So, I fired them. Btw, side note, my parents whom I recommended to Savalawn also experienced similar issues the past 2 seasons. See pictures.

We called Savatree to look at our trees and remove diseased and damaged tree limbs after we and our neighbors lost tree limbs, which caused serious damage, after a significant wind and rainstorm in February. Savatree came over very quickly, and immediately began a very overbearing and unsubtle hard sell. They constantly tried to upsell their expensive fertilization and other landscaping services, even though we were clear over and over again that all we wanted at that point was to get the dangerous limbs taken care of. They also said after the assessment that we had to make an appointment immediately to have the limbs removed, otherwise it might be days or weeks before they could fit us in again. Concerned about the possibility of more tree limbs coming down and doing even more damage, I failed to get another quote and gave in to the pressure to make an appointment without consulting another tree service. A few days later they came to do the work. While there, they took far too much healthy growth out of the trees, but didn't remove all of the diseased material. Also, at the request of our neighbor, they pressured us to remove a healthy tree limb, which we ended up doing because we were nervous about falling limbs and trusted them. The attempts to sell us additional fertilization services did not stop. We asked another local family-owned tree service to take a look at the trees afterwards to see about whether the fertilization was necessary. That provider (who has higher online ratings than Savatree) said that not only were the fertilization treatments unnecessary, but Savatree had done a bad job on the trees they pruned. According to that provider, we were overcharged by more than $1000, given how aggressively our trees were pruned. I tried working with Savatree to reduce the fee (which was inadvertently paid before we had a chance to review their work), and they offered us a discount equal to a tiny fraction of the total charge. There were no apologies for taking advantage of us after a big storm, and they were quite nasty when I complained about the constant upselling. I would never use Savatree again. I have learned my lesson about being pressured by made-up tight schedules.

They arrived on time, with all necessary equipment. They worked quickly, but carefully and cut back all limbs, especially those that were in the power lines. When they were finished, they cleaned up all the debris and removed it. All in all, the crew of four men was professional and courteous. When we need more work, we will surely call them!

I tried to schedule an appointment with them. They came out. But it ended up being far more expensive. I just used somebody else without the deal. They were very professional.

The job was very carefully planned. The trees were counted and a number assigned to each one.   The trees to be removed were each tied with a ribbon.  The foreman who wrote up the job order was there when the workers arrived to explain everything and make sure they understood what was to be done.  
 The work took several hours. I had to leave for an appointment for a couple of hours.  When I returned, they were still working but almost done.  
They waited for me to show them one tree to be trimmed to my specifications.  They were very patient and asked me if I was satisfied with the work.  They did some last minute touch ups which I requested.  It was no problem.  
I was very satisfied and happy to have all that cutting and trimming done & cleaned up so well.  I felt very comfortable with them and I would certainly recommend them.

Appointment for bid was two hours late.  The bid was way above market.  Used another vendor and was able to get the same work done at less than half the proposed cost of this company.  We live in an affluent area, and many vendors overprice the job including this one.

Everyone involved was very professional. Workers were here on time, did everything expected of them and their worked was checked by their supervisor at the completion of work.

Responded very quickly to my request. Highly professional crew. Their aim was to meet customer's expectations and to do quality work. Terms and scope of job was negotiated by a pleasant professional overseeing job. Multiple suggestions about additional work that could be done to care for trees, bushes, etc are made if one expresses interest. Those discussions could take some time so be prepared if you are interested. They offer a nourishment regimen to bring back plantings, trees etc following the rough winter but it can be costly.  Work is well done and meticulous.

Company showed up on time and did as contracted to. I would use them again.

They were excellent. They were timely and gave me a good estimate. The work that they did was really good. They didn't make a mess. I was happy with them and I would use them again if I need to. They were on time.

They came out to trim 4 trees. The service was okay. I thought they were expensive compared to other tree companies I’ve used.
