K9 Express

I like that it is convenient, they have a nice, clean operation at the back, and the people who own the store know us, and they know the dogs. I have had 2 different groomers there, and the first one would get a ''B'' grade, while the second one would get an ''A''. She is familiar with the breed, and  just knew how to groom the dog, so we stick with her. Her name is Nancy.  The price is comparable to every other groomer in the neighborhood, it is not lower or higher that what everybody charges.

This was my fourth visit to K-9. My dog, Bogey, was very willing to both enter the shop and walk back to the grooming area. Nancy, the groomer, remembered Bogey and called to him. Owner called me when Bogey was ready to be picked up. A good servce for a reasonable price. I plan to continue bringing Bogey to K-9 for his monthly grooming.

Cashier might have been owner-he didn't acknowledge me even when paying and being a new customer. The groomer seemed caring but she didn't bathe the cat. The cat was full of dander. I had to brush the cat every day for 2 weeks to remove the dander.
I did tip the groomer 20 dollars because the cat needed a gentle touch being a rescue. She was also very heavy with knots when I found her so probably not easy to groom. I was mostly disappointed in not being told she was not bathed and why. My biggest concern was that she may have bedbugs or fleas judging by where I found her.

We have the kind of dog that has to have a groomer in order to keep her looking her best. These people really shine. They know the latest styles and do an excellent job with her. I have shopped around and found their prices to be the best in the area. I highly recommend them.
