+ -1 moreThey did an outstanding job! We got quite a few compliments from additional engineers in regards to the work. They are just a delight to work with. They are clean and you hardly ever know that they are there. They clean up in an amazing fashion. They may not be the cheapest but the work is superb, and you get every bit of what you've paid for and more!
Description of Work: They completely redid 2 bathrooms. They did an outstanding job on the walls, reinforcing, insulating, and replaced all of the doors in the house. They did have to level quite a bit so there was a lot of work associated with that. They reinforced and braced the entire structure of the house.

+ 4 moreSatisfaction in the realm of home remodeling and renovation is hard to come by. Horror stories abound of miserable experiences with "contractors" who do more damage than fix problems while overcharging for their inadequate work. Thank goodness for Joseph D'Ambrosio. Not only does he provide an outstanding finished product, but it is done on time by individuals who are polite, professional and acctually take pride in what they are doing. It should be noted that his bid on the porch was the most reasonable while offering and, most important, delivering more.While the porch was being built, we knew when the crew would be working and, if there was a day they could not come, we always were informed in advance. Each work day the clean-up was amazing. This pattern has continued right down to the present moment. It must be mentioned that we get constant comments from knowlegable individuals about the beauty of the porch. If you want quality work performed by people you can trust Joseph D"Ambrosio will provide it. As a bonus quality seems to link with quality. His recommendations regarding such work as gutters, masonry, and painting have been excellent.
Description of Work: In 2009, Joseh D'Ambrosio organized the building of a screened in porch from work with an architect to the completion of every aspect of the job. The porch is an approximately 400 square foot space whose vaulted ceiling and side panels exclusive of the screening are cedar. All electrical work and installation of lighting was done by Joseph D'ambrosio as was the construction and placement of railings on the two entry/exit areas one of which, leading to a small patio, consists of a structure similar to a French door. Apart from the porch, owing to our great satisfaction with this company, we contracted for a significant amount of interior renovation including the restructuring of the stairs and walls leading from the main floor to the attic, installation of doors between rooms in the basement and the front entry to the house. The company will soon be proceeding with the remodeling of a bathroom. All the work was and continues to be of the highest quality.
