 + -1 morelp deal with When the weather finally cooperated, the job went really well. Goldeneye's sub was very efficient and professional. Clean up was quite good. Goldeneye had two men on site for much of the project to help deal with small issues that pop up on any job.
Description of Work: Inspected roof, recommended replacement. Replaced three skylights.

 + 2 moreI have used this business before and have since become friends with their family and staff. Michael and Rich are avid sailboat racers with blue water successes and are extremely competent with yacht restoration work of all phases.
Description of Work: This firm replaced a rotted roof as well as a stairway window which had leaked over the years rotting the wall framing as well. The job involved new wall framing, a new casement window, roof sheathing, installing a two ply flat roof system, new flashing and new gutters. They removed damaged ceiling and wall sheetrock and insulation and replaced both. Following their work, we were hit with a day of intense rain and the job proved to be water tight! Golden Eye also did an excellent job on my home when they cedar shingled and reframed the windows.
