I called Joe to have him check on a tree that had fungus.  He returned every phone call and was able to come by right away. He gave me an estimate immediately and we made arrangements for when the work would be done. He actually handled most of the paperwork with the local township, which sped things up considerably. The work was performed in a timely way. The conditions were difficult (a small street with little parking; tight space with a fence in the way; a difficult neighbor), but the work was done as promised. The crew was extremely careful and made sure my house was safe from the falling debris. They cleaned up thoroughly and did a great job overall.
