The work started well. In fact they even started doing the job a few days earlier than expected. Installation and walls were up by Dec 25 so we were able to move back in. Then nothing was done til March when the hardwood floors were installed. Unfortunately, they didn't use the stain color that we picked out, instead it was dark red stain instead of the light brown that we had told him many months ago that we wanted. The floor never looked right, the color and shine was different all over, in fact you could even see footprints in the stain. They tried to fix it but it just didn't look good. Also they didn't use a whole piece of molding around a closet and also around one window. After it was pointed out to the contractor, he had his men fix it.
