None of the systems have ever worked for more than 4 days straight. Been fixed 7 times but they can't figure it out. I've offered to pay full price to redo the whole thing but they will not come for the past nine months. I also have a bad phone line to my pool house. They will not fix it because they say they are busy. It has been nine months. They also installed a secuirty system in my home. We had a fire and the system could not send a signal due to a failure. Telstar never warned me. They do not monitor your system. I called the emergency number during the fire and got an answering machine. Gerry is a nice guy but the operation is not real. The whole experience was awful
