This has been a two month nightmare going on seven. Do not use this guy Ray. He has no license. He lied about it. He ruined my floors. My floors need to be ripped out and redone. Massive shrinking, gapping, cracking and lifting. This guy has no clue what he’s doing. This happened a month after install. He doesn’t want to give me my money back. This is a total screw up. He tried to blame my house for this issue and said I had a moisture issue. Got the job inspected by the National wood association. There is nothing wrong with my house. Inspector said it was sloppy workmanship and very amateur work. This was a referral from a friend. Do not I repeat do not use this guy for your floors
