I scheduled the appointment and they performed the service in 1/2 hour as I was told.
Bob the service manager showed me the old filter and I'm happy that it's replaced.

Bob the service manager is a very honest and pleasant individual to deal with. We have had our Subarus serviced at North Coast only because of their quality work and their well-deserved reputation for integrity and honesty, after buying the Subaru vehicles from this dealership. They never recommend unnecessary work and they get any work done correctly the first time around. They also always have the vehicle ready when promised. The entire dealership is a pleasure to do business with.

This is my second Subaru and I almost always take it to North Coast for service. I have found them to be courteous and professional, as well as responsive when an emergency pops up (like the fuel pump going on my old 200K+ miles model!). They gained my confidence when I once took the car in and asked them about the brakes because the Goodyear place in Hicksville had recommended changing them. Bob (@North Coast) told me I had plenty of miles left on those pads.

I was told to bring in the car immediately and the work was completed within an hour. If you bring your car in by 8am or so, they can also usually do an oil change in an hour and have you on your way shortly after 9.

It is a little more expensive to go to the dealership but it is worth it because they have all the right parts and know what they are doing. The atmosphere is so nice there and they do good work. I love going there because every time I leave I feel like I am driving a new car. The work they do is superb because it lasts. They have good responsiveness and really care about the people.

They're a good dealership. They mechanics are really something else. They're very easy to talk to and do great work for me. Everyone there are great to work with.

Out of all of the times I have a car, they provide the best treatment I have ever had. They will give you an estimate for how much it will cost before the work is done. The whole staff there are real gentleman and everyone treats you very nice.

I've been going to North Coast Subaru for a few years now, and they are always helpful, reasonable people. They have never gouged me for pricing or performed repairs that were not needed. As someone who has had to hunt high and low for decent auto service in the past, I really appreciate this.

Out of all the dealerships I went to in all my years, they are the best!
