I could not be happier with the work that Mike performed. First, Mike was super responsive, he came out the same day I called to take a look at the job and provide an estimate. He gave me some guidance on the best way to complete the work, then a date in which he could start. He showed up exactly when he said he would and the quality of the work is beyond what I expected despite some of the challenges that he had to work around. Mike is top notch, honest, and does what he says he is going to do. I have more work to be done and he will be the first person I call. Very glad I found Lazer Contracting.

Contractor was punctual and consistently worked on apartment over several months. His rates were reasonable and invoicing was on weekly basis with backup for supplies. He is a reliable contractor with expert carpentry skill and knowledgeable in other areas of construction. He also advised me on what to reasonably expect from other contractors . All in all, an excellent carpenter and willing to accomplish other tasks related to the project. I have and would definitely hire again

First of all, i asked for a suggestion for someone to replace some siding on my house on Facebook.  I got several suggestions and decided to give Mike a call.  First off, he returned my call very promptly.  Second, he showed up, which is a small miracle when dealing with many service providers.  He showed up on time, was very professional.  He told me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and did it.  All the jobs he has done have gone the same way.  He shows up when he says he is going to show up, does the work at a reasonable price and finishes when he says he is going to finish.  Very neat, very concerned about your property and does work like he is working on his own house.

I have been using Lazer contracting for over 10 years. When I bought my house in 2004, not only did Mike, the Owner, perform an initial inspection on my house before I bought it, he has worked on several phases on my house since then. I can say that his work is second to none. The quality and workmanship is the best I've seen from any contractor, and he is fair in his price. It started with my roof. Then my windows and siding. Few years after that, he completely renovated my basement to a living and play area.

When ever I have needed Mike to do the job, he was there, and the best part, he does the job right the first time. and because it is quality work, you never have to worry about it down the road. If you want the best there is, Lazer Contracting is the way to go. If you want second rate work done, go on to the next guy, who will charge you more and do less. I highly recommend Lazer Contracting for any work you need done to your home.

Mike from Lazer Contracting arrived on time and got right to work. He was very professional and cleaned up each day. He provided a sample of the trellis beforehand and helped me match the color to existing pain. He provided very high quality work in a timely manner.

Was quick and easy. Shelving was made new and treated to look vintage to match the original book case. Excellent job.
