It went very well. The original roof dated to 1963 and was a commercial grade roof on a residence. We knew we had to get a commercial grade roof again, not a shingle roof, because it is very low sloped and partially flat. The provider was immediately responsive when asked for an estimate, in the summer, and advised us that the roof will need to be replaced, but not clear when.
The roof leaked in October and the provider came to do a detailed estimate. We obtained several estimates and chose this company because it was "in the middle," and also it was the closest commercial grade roofer to our home. They fit us into the schedule, worked quickly, addressed all problems as they came up. I could not be happier. I did rate it a "C" for price because it was so-o-o-o expensive. "C" means "fair" and I would say their price was fair, if very high for us.
The product used is a Firestone rubber material. It is used in commercial buildings such as airlines, schools, etc. It is used on the Chrysler building.
