Ivan and his crew were friendly, professional, and always on time. The work was completed to a high quality. I am so glad to have found this multi-talented handyman. The first job was to install new curtain rods and rehang curtains—perfect! Next, power washing entire house, windows, gates, painting exterior doors all the jobs on my summer wish list completed to perfection at a reasonable cost with a sunny bright smile and positive energy that lifts the spirit. From a small job, repairing a front door handle to a major job, removing, replacing & installing 2 bathroom sinks, as well as fixing several electrical problems the work has been excellent. Ivan responded quickly to my inquiry, and he and Noel came to look at what I needed done and gave me an estimate of $600 to install the pull-down attic stair unit i had already purchased. That was half what another "handyman" service had quoted me. They were flexible about scheduling the job, showed up on time, and did a fine job with the installation including adding some wood trim around the new opening in the ceiling. It would have been nice if they'd vacuumed around the work area when they were done as there was sone sawdust, but a very minor point and I didn't even notice the dust until well after they'd finished and left.
