Ron is the salesman i dealt with. There is no pressure and he doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. He really cares about the job at hand. He is very attentive and his goal is to make you as satisfied as possible. I also bought my cabinet handles and sink there as they have a fantastic selection. They have a large showroom which i appreciated because i wanted to personally see what i was purchasing instead of ordering through a catalog.

Great! Jim, the owner of the company, was very diligent, patient, and persistent in dealing with the bureaucratic setbacks in obtaining the needed permits to do the job. He worked very well with my architect to ensure that it was done correctly, and even assisted in giving the final push needed to have my permit application approved prior to commencing work. His workers did a great job in cleaning up afterwards, and took all the necessary steps to make sure that my tenant's needs and concerns were addressed. Jim personally assisted in the necessary aftercare, in terms of ensuring that the area around the construction site had sufficient soil added following the settling of soil around the site. He was great about answering questions, and was very responsive throughout the process.

I purchased my kitchen cabinets from Forest Kitchen and Bath.  The quality, price, and service was exceptional, but what prompted me to write a review was the continued service and personal help that came afterward.  Due to a misunderstanding having nothing to do with Forest Kitchen and Bath, I needed to make an adjustment to my plans that was going to cause me to have to purchase additional items and create an unexpected expense I was not happy about.  When the owner of Forest Kitchen and Bath heard the circumstances leading to the additional purchase, he had his representative contact me and reduced the price for the change, for no reason other than great customer service and compassion.  There are few and far between, retail establishments that offer such personal customer service before, during, and then still AFTER, the initial purchase, especially one where repeat sales may be 20 years apart.  I highly recommend them!

I looked everywhere for a small sized replacement vanity and sink. Because of the pipe configuration I could not use a pedestal and searched lumber yards, home repair stores and bath & kitchen stores for a replacement. They either did not have or were only able to offer precut in stock tiny units. I found Forest Kitchen and Bath in Glen Cove and worked with the owner, Jimmy. He was willing and able to cut and finish a cabinet to size, find a small sink and faucet. Nothing about this project fit the normal bathroom size requests. Due to size we ran into many difficulties. We changed the sink and faucet to accommodate cutting of the stone countertop. As all the items were rarely requested due to size the project keep changing. It took considerable time to pull it all together. When the stone cutter had concerns that the original sink was too large and would compromise the stone once cut, Jimmy contacted me and we had to change both sink and faucet to fit. I trusted Jimmy to make those choices and the final product is wonderful. The vanity is roomy, sink appropriate and mounting the faucet on the side back corner gave more space in this tiny room. Although I was frustrated with the length of time, changes and loss of bathroom use I did not want to settle for a pre-cut tiny unit. It was worth the wait.
