A great experience from start to finish. Juan was quick to return my request for information , happy to provide his licensing and insurance information and quoted a fair price for replacement of my outdated brass-framed shower door with a clear, frame-less door. (I might add that Juan gave me a 5% Angie's List discount.) The first crew, which came out to take measurements, was respectful and precise, even putting on booties before they walked into my house. This crew pointed out that there was moisture behind several of the tiles in the shower door frame and Juan was kind enough to wait until my contractor was able to come out to remedy the problem. He declined any addition to my initial down payment, saying that he had no problem waiting until door was installed to the receive the balance of payment. Like the first crew, the people who came to install the door were respectful of me and my property. They were thorough and meticulous and answered all of my questions regarding maintenance and time before shower could be used. I would not hesitate to use him again for any mirror or glass work I might need in the future.

Juan was great , worked around my schedule for measurements. Was able to offer a quote immediately which i felt was very reasonable. Glass was made and installed within a week and it looks great. very very happy.

I bought a dream line shower door, and needed it installed. I was very picky on who was going to do the job, since New York City has really bad contractors. I was nervous and did a lot of research. Equipment glass and mirror are certified for dream line. They were one of the most professional companies I've ever seen. They came on time and gave me a great price. I'm very happy with their services and I will recommended them to anyone. These are the guys to call! Thank you so much!

Juan responded very quickly to my inquiry. He sent someone to measure the window the same day. He then sent me a text with the price. The window was replaced two days later. It fit perfectly into the existing frame. The men were neat, professional and very courteous. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Eqwipt. Outstanding service and value.

Scheduled an appointment for a quote from Juan.  He arrived on time.  We needed our glass panels resealed and the bottom of the glass door repaired with new plastic strips.  We were very happy with the completion of the job from his team and they left my shower glass sparling new. They were very professional and would definitely use them again.

The repaired window was ready when promised. The men came and popped it back into place, and all is good as new.

This provider replaced the glass in our broken bathroom window. He called the same day I put a request in on Angie's list. His workers came the next day for an estimate. My new glass was ordered and came in a few days later. They called me right away and we scheduled installation for the next day. The crew was professional, neat and did a great job. I have no complaints.

I called this company because of all the good reviews.  I got a response right away which was excellent and Ismael (very nice) was able to stop by within a day or 2.  He took a look at what needs to be done and said that his boss Juan would need to return in order to take measurements and give me the prices.  At least four days went by and nobody called me so I called myself and I scheduled with Juan to stop by which he did.  The visit was very quick.  Measurements were taken but then he said that he'll email me the prices by Thursday which was 2 days away.  Thursday came and no email so I called and he promised I would receive it by tomorrow.  Needless to say I never received an email (and I even checked the spam folder to make sure).  Moreover, I never heard back from them.  What upset me the most is that this was time sensitive which I emphasized to them and this whole ordeal wasted 2 weeks and everything got held up.  I understand that no business wants to say no to a customer but this is not right.  If they are unable to handle the workload just be honest and say no.

Excellent communication. Professional & clean installation. Make sure to ask for the Diamond Fusion application to repel water and prevent buildup on glass. Its worth the extra expense and it lasts up to 4 years.
