It was a very easy to schedule an appointment. Christian was a very nice, neat and organized person. 
all of the work was done in  a few hours and there was no mess at all once he and his 2 employees.
the bow window was leaking and so the wood inside was rotting. all of the wood was removed and replaced.
the window was caulked from the outside also.
when the window repair was completed, the wood was sanded and primed...ready to paint.
the wall in the same room was also cracking. that was also patched and sanded and primed. 
the work done was very neat and clean. they even vacuumed the floors when it was all done :)
it was a nice experience with very nice people.
we would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Have been working with CPD for over 15 years.  The owner, Chris, has redone almost every room in the house inluding bathrooms and kitchen.  Great guy and crew to work with.  Friendly, fair, reliable, and sticks by his work when a rare problem has surfaced later.  Would recommend him without hesitation.
We have also used various other contractors, but when we have a project, he is the first
guy we call.

I have used CPD Construction & Maintenance Corp. They worked for me last fall and they finished up in December. The approximate cost of service was 20,000 dollars. The service that they provided includes demolition and rebuilding our retaining wall, expanding my driveway, repairing a plumbing leak in the water main and remodeling my porch. It does looks pretty nice from what it was. They have a facebook page and my picture is on there. It looks extremely nice. I used them 3 years prior and they did all interior work for me. I did a house remodel and that's why I brought them back. They are very friendly and prompt. That's why I brought them back the second time. They were excellent and that's why I brought them back the second time. I probably would have found it cheaper but the grade would have been for good worth wise. I would use them in the future. I've just got another job, I've just got to come up with funds.

Chris had done major work to a friends fire damaged home. I just happened to stop by this job while work was in

progress and was impressed with what I saw. I hadn't planed on my job being done during the winter months but knew if I wanted Chris (CPD) to do my work I didn't want to get caught in the shuffle of him being to busy once the weather breaks. I hired Chris to start work ASAP.
Work was started in mid January and completed within two & a half weeks. I highly recomend Chris (CPD) if you plan on either updating or new construction to your home, he does it all and is always on the job every day.

CPD not only did a great job and excellent work but they did it quickly, on schedule, and in an honest and professional manner.

As far as we’re concerned, C P D is the best construction firm ever! We found the owner and his staff to be extremely thorough, reliable, professional, courteous, creative, hard working, very neat and willing to go the extra mile. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, church members & neighbors. Our only regret is not having them replace the patio sooner; it looks much better than we thought it would. They did a wonderful landscaping job as well by removing a dogwood tree & that literally brought it all together. They even repaired a botched job someone else did on our deck and another pleasant surprise; they tightened a leaky faucet on the side of the house.

Bravo to CPD Construction and Maintenance Corp! A retaining wall on our property was damaged and a portion of it had to be replaced. Chris did a great job repairing it. I mean great! It required cutting stone, resurfacing the old stone, laying Belgium block, concrete work, etc. He gave us a very competitive estimate, his estimate was EXACTLY what he charged us and his craftsmanship exceeded our expectation. Also, he hauled off the old stone. Job looks great. We could not be more pleased. We will definitely use CPD Construction and Maintenance Corp again and again.... and again. We cannot recommend this guy enough. A Very Satisfied Homeowner. PS: The guy also has a sense of humor. Just an extra bonus.
