+ -1 moreAnytime I try to get information on our mortgage, it is a ridiculous transaction. Today I called to get my pay off amount and I can only get it by fax or mail. I cannot get anyone on the phone who can give me the information. Trying to access the account online is miserable. They sent a credit card for the mortgage, which we didn't ask for and now we have to have that information when we go online. They don't send out monthly statements, so I am always in the dark with where it stands unless I go through a lot of trouble. However, they were very punctual with their 1098 form and they are very courteous on the phone.
Description of Work: We have our home mortgage with them.
