A A A Spectrum Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I scheduled a cleaning for 8/11/21. I called that morning to confirm. They were to arrive between 11 and 1:00. They never showed up and never called to let me know there was a problem. I have called & left messages- no one has bothered to call me back. Do not trust this company. Very unprofessional.

It only looked good for a couple weeks and then spots came right back. They only guarantee their work for three months. I am not happy with their service. I wouldn’t call them again.

I called Spectrum after consulting Angie's List. Phone representative very courteeous and gave me a estimate on requested work of cleaning a chair and recliner.. Appointment made wwith short lead time. Noel and Ray arrived on time. Both of them courteous and professional in their work. My wife inquired abiout also cleaning the couch and they gave a price and cleaned the couch. Noel explained about the teflon protection and my wife concurred with the application. In addition Noel gave the carpet a quick cleaning in case they had gotten any cleaning or teflon spray on it. My wife was estatic about their workmanship.

I think this company does a pretty decent job. The do the job and get it done right. They do what they promise to do and they do it at a pretty fair price. For that reason, I would be inclined to use them again in the future.

AAA Spectrum does a good job. They are professional, courteous, friendly and always arrive on time. I am very satisfied.

We have AAA Spectrum Carpet & Upholstery for years. They will do carpets, upholstery, everything. They do great work and are always on time and the results last for a long time. I think they are the best we've ever used.
